My all time favorite is Ham hocks, soup beans, fried potato's and "killed"(pouring hot bacon grease over) lettuce and onions. I have many though. Most I can't eat much anymore because of cholesterol.

My wife does the hard work - I just load the grill, monitor the temperature, and take the meat back into the house. :biggrin:

Fixing good pulled pork takes 12 to 15 hours but it is worth the effort. Our ceramic smoker is stored in Paintsville for the time being but the next time I fire it up, you are welcome to come by and fill up a plate.
