Whats everyones favorite
Polska Kielbasa in Sauerkraut with Mashed potatoes and buttered corn
Lasagna.
Tacos
Chicken and Dumplins!!!
My all time favorite is Ham hocks, soup beans, fried potato's and "killed"(pouring hot bacon grease over) lettuce and onions. I have many though. Most I can't eat much anymore because of cholesterol.

Somebody that knows old style country cooking. I had forgot, you GOT to have macaroni/tomatos and cornbread with this meal. :Thumbs:

Boston Butt Shoulder Roast, dry rubbed, cooked low and slow over apple and hickory chips and pulled from the bone
Memphis-style barbecue sauce
Baked Beans
Cole Slaw
Fried Green Tomatoes
Jalapeno Cornbread
Strawberry Shortcake
If my mom fixes it and its on the plate....its curtains for that meal.

My wife does the hard work - I just load the grill, monitor the temperature, and take the meat back into the house. :biggrin:

Fixing good pulled pork takes 12 to 15 hours but it is worth the effort. Our ceramic smoker is stored in Paintsville for the time being but the next time I fire it up, you are welcome to come by and fill up a plate.

Yes, my granny's chicken and dumplings with corn bread mashed potatoes and green beans would definitely be my favorite home cooked meal.

If its me cooking, nothing like my porterhouse cooked in A1.
Sausage , Potato Pancakes , Corn and Applesauce
Meatloaf,Peas,Potato(mashed) and Cornbread.yum yum yum! :-)
Fried eggs, sausage, and biscuits(sp?) covered in gravy.
