Lawrence Co by 6 or more. Be hard for the Hornets to win without Rice. Without him they have no post game, and Arnett cant do it by himself.

I wouldn't say that they have NO post play. Senior Nathan Arnett and Sophomore Stephen Lemaster both scored in doulbe digits against AC. They may not be Devin Rice but they sure can help the Hornets!

Well lets just hope that its as good of a game this year as it was last year between these two schools. It was a real barn burner in the opening round last year. Hope my Dawgs can pull it out this year.

I agree! Last year it was a heck of a game. Lets hope we have the same outcome. And BTW what did that player you all have last year end up doing, can't remember the name but he was an excellent player!

i look for Magoffin to play good, I know that the seniors have a lot of heart and they will play like it is their last game don't be surprised if they don't win... Smile

I doubt that, last nights game was pretty good, physical contest and the atmosphere was great. Needless to say this will probably be the closest game of the district tournament.

IMO, regardless of who MC has "out" it will be hard for LC to bet them 3 times this year... heck it is hard for any team to sweep it like that.

Hornets can definitly come out with a win! with Devin or Steven under the goal, Eric and Clay with their great shooting ability, Tyler with how well he can handle the ball and a great point guard, the Hornets has a great chance of coming out with the win!

I love it. The way some of you all think on here. Yes LC won twice but know one has even given them credit. Its always an excuse for them winning, they had big leads on them at in both games they played this year. Yes it is hard to beat a team three times in a year but its done all the time. They were picked to place 5th in the district and placed 2nd. They had to do something right they beat Magoffin twice JC twice and SC once. And play Paintsville close at there place and got blowed out at home. So they must be doing something right.

Uh... I wasn't saying LC didn't deserve credit for the 2 wins this year... I was just saying it is hard for ANY team to beat another team to sweep like this.

I wasnt talking about you. There seem to be some on here that wantr to make an excuse for everything. At least mine is just the officals blowing the games against us. lol

I am dead serious if you go back and look at all the books you will see that we never have had the so called home court advantage when it comes to the officals.
