Lawrence County 49

Lawrence County is a fun team to be a fan of. They are mysterious in the way that its scary how good they could be. This team can and run and throw. I have not seen any dropped passes. Our defense bends a little but gets tough when it has had too.Punting is now exciting to watch. A play I normally would dread but not with mr pack punting. We have more than a couple backs that are really threats on kickoff and punt returns. Thanks for bringing excitment back to Louisa.

It is as simple as this, if LC can throw the ball and throw it efficiently and keep teams from stacking 8-9 guys in the box then they have a great shot of doing a lot of great things this year.

I still think we have the talent and potential to be the best 2A team in the region. But last night, we could not have beaten Prestonsburg's passing game, and I hope and pray that will be remedied in the weeks to come.

Congrats to LC on the win. And, congrats to the Wildcats for not quitting. This team has more heart than any I've seen in the Valley in many years. Good luck to both.

First off I took LC 46-12 over SV. However, WildDawg you are correct those boys were just standing up for themselves after several LC fans (Stray Bullet, BatPuff and The Only One) to name a few got it all started. Can't blame them for that.

Congrats Lawrence County on the win. Very impressive team you guys have. I am also very impressed with most of the posters from Lawrence at how complimentary they are of SVs team and how much class they have shown in their posts. SV has worked hard, but were just beat by a better team last night.

I never said anything out of the way to Tanner or his boys before or after the game..they both are very nice players that I would welcome to our team if possible..SV will do a lot of great things this year in 2A.

Got what started..... They were the ones that got on here and said that our D wasnt that good.. That our fullback was slow and that they had more team speed. and that they would have two backs rush for over 100 yards....

As I agreed with SB I have to agree with you as well BP. You only challenged them on what they said but I don't think any of yours was out of line either. We did have one period when a few got off topic and went a little to farther but I don't think it fell on either of you two.

Well their isnt much for me to say, all i can say is that we got beat by a better team. LC is a great team and a 4a powerhouse that i see making a huge impact in the 4A class. I believe they can go far if they keep working as hard as they are. We played great the first half of the game and i guess their number's just wore us out. And some big plays made us get down on ourselves. They threw some bomb's that we should have been covering but we didnt. And BJ is sitting beside me at my house right and honestly he hasnt logged on since the game cause he didnt wanna read all this crap. But all their is to say is that we got beat by a better team! Good luck in the future Lawrence county, ill be rooting for you boys. Lawrence county fans came up to me after the game and was telling me to keep my head up and that i had a great game. Thanks guys and i really respect that. I even had the coach tell me that. Lawrence is a very classy team and i wish them good luck.

Shows alot about you guys to not only not try to hide behind a user name but to come on prior and give your beliefs about the game. And it shows alot more that you continue to show that same class by coming on here afterwards. You guys have nothing to be ashamed of you played great and represented well. I looked for both of you after the game as the teams were shaking hands and seen 19 but you must have slipped by before I could shake your hand. But nice job.

This was a hard fought game between two really good teams, Sv has nothing to hang there heads on, they are tough and got some plsymakers on that team. Bj and Tanner both of u guys had nice games, I called the game for our website and i called your guys names all night it seemed like it. good job and lawrence keep up the good work.

Yea you guys all did good as a team from valley but I told you all you didn't have enough depth to play the whole game with us didn't I? Also weren't you the won that said our fullback was slow lol....He wasn't too slow was he?

Well he wasnt as slow as the film put him out to be, but he also wasnt quick as lightning, but yea he could move to be 230 pounds
