That would be a really good location but I heard that there was going to be a shopping center put in there.

That's cool. I hadn't heard anything. I was just thinking of big, open areas that didn't need any earthmoving done on them at the moment. A lot of traffic there and not too far for people from either county to hit IMO. Let me know anything else you've heard on it SV, like stores or things of that nature if you can.
