Are you forgetting that Ashley Jade Howard was the MVP of the 15th regional tournament last year?

even though im friends with both ashley jade and kendra I still think I would go with ashley jade :rockon:

but i was there and the calling was one of the worst called games i seen: i think that khass needs to check into the way the games are being called and who is calling them i have been to the last 2 games and if lc didn't have 1 of the refs from the last they both calling against and what they called in the last game wasn't being called against mc only lc

Yes refs can cause blowouts......when fouls are 10 to 1 then lets see if shots are made that's at least 20 pts foul wise not counting all the other horrible calls they make.....I have to agree that last nights refs were horrible....they do favor teams and what ever team they want to win they call in their favor.....I have also heard that last nights refs are being reviewed about calling lop sided games.

well they let youns go by with carrying the ball all the way from 3 point line to shoot a lay-up cause I shore dont think they was in favor of us

How in the world can you guys even start to complain about the officiating of this game?
A blind person could have called most of the fouls committed by Lawrence County. They are a very rough and physical team and left no doubt when they fouled someone.
Also consider yourself lucky that one of your players wasn't ejected from the game for the flagarant foul on Ashley Jade! The girl made no attempt at the ball and hooked her around the neck knocking her to the ground on a break away layup!
Start moving your feet and quit hacking people from behind if you want to cut down on your fouls.

There is no consistancy in the officiating ranks and they are supposed to all be following the same rule book. Being a former official, I DO know what I'm talking about! Also, what pleasure should we take in defeating a bad team? Magoffin County didn't win against a bad team. MC won against a very good Lawrence County team. They are not slops, they are not slouches, they are good and should be taken seriously. And, we won.

We are not talking about the MCHS vs PCC game. Also when haley went down; the players were going for a lose ball. It wasn't Flagarant.

well she hit her head on the floor chasing a lose ball, she gets hurt in every game your fans wasnt even concerend at first, I guess because she gets hurt in every game and she acts like shes killed at first then 2 min. later shes A ok and ready to take back over she needs to learn to be agressive and thatt this isnt some little tea party

She didn't just draw back and elbow her in the head as you are making it out to be. I was right in front of the action and say it, they where all going after a loose ball.

Giving an example!

Basketball is a physical sport and sometimes things look different to a fan in the crowd then what actually happened on the court. I think people just need to accept that every once in awhile, s**t happens and the people in the fans need to find better things to do then discuss a elbow on bluegrass rivals and talk about the game.
As for the this game. The Dawgs came out good and outscored the lady hornets in the first quarter. The Lady Dawgs shot themselves in the foot taking a shuffle step before they dribbled and Magoffin began to take over with great team work. Ashley Jade was great and M. Howard was great as well. The girl for the Hornets I was most impressed with was Breanne Adams who played strong down low.
The Lady Dawgs should watch this tape and see how they cost themselves this game.
