Interesting. My wife just came to me and told me that they reported on WSAZ that Fleming Co walked off the field at the end of the third quarter and quit playing. I stayed till the end and what I think has happened is that someone forgot to change the quarter on the scoreboard. It showed that it was the third when in actuality the game was over. We had a running clock at 2:53 left in the third.


Sometimes newscasters need to verify their information a bit better.

I heard that report on WSAZ and was wondering if it was true or not. I just couldn't imagine a team walking off the field during the playoffs!
