After Paintsville’s baseball season came to an end their baseball guys are back and i’m hearing they are already a big time presence on the field for summer workouts. 2 of them i’ve seen on X getting some collegiate attention as well.

I've heard Maynard hasn't been at MC's practices lately

IMO, both would fit better at Prestonsburg and help the Blackcats make a run at Kroger.

Who knows, though. Both are great football players.

Are you serious about the Lawrence County game. I think it is a shame that coaches do that. If they drop out this late then that is unprofessional of their coaches Why schedule it in the first place. If they back out then it is embarrassing for their program

Don’t know about a run at Kroger. 87% of the plays last year was ran through Harris and Elliott who is no longer on the team. Defensive they will be there I would believe. Who knows we will see their first scrimmage. Crayson Lafferty ain’t leaving unless they are money involved and a gas card lol

Rumors have swirled about those two players for 2 years now. 

It's always nothing, but the rumors are starting somewhere and in today's transfer world, you never know what to believe. I know I can trust the above two MC posters. 

As for Pburg, replacing Harris & Elliott's speed isn't doable. I think Pburg will be fine offensively though.

Andrew Meeks played football for JC last year. I think he mainly played as a defensive back but he also played basketball and baseball so who knows if he tries to do all 3 at Paintsville

Good chance he will, he’s a fine athlete but it wouldn’t be this season. Be extremely difficult to go through the process and get released fast enough to contribute this year.
