It "encourages" stupidity. You would have to filter through a hundred stupid comments to find anything constructive. Simply not worth it. And to boot, most times kids and their families are in the middle of tough life decisions and don't need their personal lives being discussed by us. After the fact and the transfer is complete then civilized discussion is okay to some extent, but even then stupidity creeps in.

I don’t think Holbrook will transfer. He’s a blackcat and he’s a HUGE reason they went 11-2 in ‘24. He’s also the type of player and athlete that can play well at about any position that he plays. He would make a great 1st down QB, a good 2nd down RB and a good 3rd down WR. Wouldn’t shock me if he ends up all district at any of those 3 positions. He can do it all. He’s probably got some of the best hands on the team, is athletic enough to run good routes and knows the offense extremely well. He also has the skills to be a great DB this year. He will be a huge asset to this team in so many ways and will give defensive coordinators fits by being able to play all over the field. This ‘25 team with Johnson will be EXTREMELY hard to gameplan for because there are 5 or 6 skill players that can dominate any given week at multiple positions. It’s gonna be fun to watch!

I think you’ll see both Holbrook and Johnson take snaps. I think you’ll see both also play other positions offensively as well.

It’ll be the coaches job to help players buy in on what they want to accomplish and see the bigger picture. I trust these coaches to accomplish that.
