Frederick Douglass at Boyle County 11/01
#1
Frederick Douglass vs Boyle County. Thoughts?
#2
I expect Boyle to win by 2-3 TDs.
#3
Boyle Comfortably!
#4
Even with all the BC hype, (well deserved) I think this game could be a nice showing, especially after BC having to play their weaker district foes last 3 games.

BC 21
FD 14

Freddie D has the athleticism to keep it very very close. Boyle by 3

If you people think Boyle County is going to put a running clock on Frederick Douglass you are crazy. Boyle will win 28-14. Boyle will play a full game for the first time since week 3 at St. Edward.

This is an interesting series that is now in its 4th year. What makes it interesting is that the visiting team has won every game so far in the series. Boyle defeated Douglass in 2021 at Douglass 34-7. In 2022 Douglass returned the favor by going down to Boyle and defeating the Rebels 37-6. Last season the Rebels came back up to "The Farm" and beat the Broncos 28-7. It is also interesting that Boyle's last loss was that 37-6 loss to Douglass in the final regular season game of the 2022 season, they have since then won 29 straight games. This will be a huge test for Douglass. I think to have a shot they will need to control the possessions with their strong running game with their 4 very good backs and keep the Rebel offense on the sideline as much as possible. I hope more than anything that these two awesome programs who both should have a deep run in the upcoming playoffs make it through this game without any injuries.

One thing about it, both of these programs play tough schedules and don't shy away from anyone. You have to respect that.

Like I said earlier in the year I think this is Boyle best defense under Haddix. With that said I think Boyle wins in a dog fight.

Boyle County 35
Frederick Douglass 21

If this is Boyle’s best defense under Haddix then Douglas doesn’t score over 7 points!

This game is just what Boyle needs going into the playoffs. Douglas will expose any weaknesses Boyle has if any. IMO Boyle's biggest weakness is punting. Just not practiced it any the last 9 weeks as no one has stopped our offense.

Just win and move on, gain PRI points and lets start the real season!

Will be the toughest test for Boyle since the St. Ed game and the last test until Kroger Field.

Who is the dumb ass who keeps voting Paducah Tilghman as the #1 team in 4A?

Boyle will physically dominate Douglas. Low scoring due to Boyle lining up and running quisenberry over and over.

I think Haddix needs to spread the ball out more. Running Quisenberry every play will end up getting him hurt, he's already limping around. Throw the ball to those 6'6 TEs, give Brown more carries, throw to Bodner more. Teams know Quisenberry is a beast but Boyle has more weapons than him, start using them more.

Bull butter. Nov 5 election will be tighter than the noose around Mary Surratt's neck.  This game, however, NOT TIGHT. Boyle is one of the top 15 teams IN THE COUNTRY, people!!! I'll be very surprised if Freddie stays within 3TDs of the state's best team, and one of the nation's top 15.  The clock has already started running!!!

I think Boyle wins 28-13. I expect it to be close. Quisenberry isn't 100 percent and one of the keys to Boyles O and Dline Kelly I heard is possibly out with a knee injury. You take a kid that hasn't started every game since he was a freshman off the lines that hurts in a big game.
#28
Does Fredrick Douglas have enough horses to keep this game close?

This made me laugh because it's so true. They never punt. Have the Rebs punted ANY this season?

I love the way this Boyle team just goes out and executes on both sides of the ball. Some criticize their #13 ranking but not me. They are well deserving of that spot.

Frederick Douglass upsets Boyle County by a larger margin then what people think. Boyle County has not lost a game in 2 years but that comes to an end Friday night. FD is a much more talented team then BC. 28-7 FD Wins. Watch and see!!!
