Non issue and happens at every good program. Players come and go now more than ever. Muncy rotated in at corner and safety. Started a few games and didn’t start others. Pikeville has been banged up all season. All the best to the young man. Doesn’t mean much for either team involved this year.
I never bashed any player, so I'm not sure what triggered your response to me. I have zero respect for Corbin's program because their busy out of state transfer program smells very rotten. However, I would never blame players for transferring anywhere they wish - even if they choose to play transfer to Corbin as a senior.

It's the adults who are willing to do anything to win a game who turn my stomach. I don't think Johnson Central, Pikeville, or Belfry programs are run in that manner. You seem to have real issues with Johnson Central.
All correct except I don't think anyone has issues with JC. I would love to see the Mountain Parkway packed with Pikeville Belfry and JC fans on championship weekend.

I agree. There are always going to be player transfers, especially among schools in the same area. I would like to see the KHSAA's transfer rules eliminated. Having rules that are not fairly enforced is far worse than eliminating the rules, IMO.

The cost and logistics of players establishing a bonafide residence hundreds of miles away from home to play one season of football is considerable. That's why I am more critical of Corbin's welcoming so many gifted players to it's football program every season than other schools.

I hate that Boyle County manages to fill key spots with talented transfers, which essentially lets them compete at an elite 6A level, but it Is easy for me to understand why so many good local players leave poorly run programs to play for Boyle.

Hoot, nowhere in my post did I even insinuate you bashed a player. I said all great programs get transfers and lose players. Even JC. That’s not a swipe at JC.  I was just referring to a previous post that said Pikeville and Belfry were going at it over a transfer and it was ironic. I have been very complimentary of JC. To critique part of their defense is not having a problem with them. I mention strengths and weaknesses of all the teams I follow.

That's a sentiment I completely agree with. Either enforce the rules across the board fairly, or don't at all.. No arbitrary rulings when it suits you or your buddy's.. Fair and even, or nothing..
