I don't know anything about eligibility but being an Independent school has nothing to do with it and makes no difference. A public school is a public school.

I wasn’t sure how it worked where they accept tuition students from throughout the county.  If they leave would they be required to go to school at the area they live in or can they go to any county school?

No public schools, county or independent, charge tuition. When you attend a school that is out of your home district, be it county or independent, you fill out a one page form. If both districts are in agreement then the student can attend that school and the state funding for that student goes to the school he or she is attending.  This has nothing to do with athletics, the rules for athletic eligibility are not in my knowledge base but again, the rules are the same whether that public school is county or independent.

Multiple districts actually, all independent, except for my first year. Never new any of them to be "crooked".  Just like in everything you have good and bad but fortunately in our area, the good outweighed the bad.

Jaydon Muncy is the transfer. He practiced with the team yesterday. Whether or not he will be eligible for the rest of this year is up to the KHSAA. He will be a nice addition whenever he is eligible.

Played well 1st 4 games for Pikeville, hadn't played last 2 games. Interesting. Pikeville defense will be fine. 6A GRC scored 0 points on Pikeville defense Saturday...
