Glad Hazard is playing this one, and I'm sure Salmons is looking forward to making his own schedule. Corbin rolls but hoping to see Hazard come and get some work in to get ready for Raceland and district.

I think for Hazard, this is the key. They can't focus on winning or losing against Corbin. They must use this game in preparatioins for the bigger games coming up in Raceland, Pikeville, and Paintsville. Pikeville and Paintsville being district games of course.

You haven't been reading Old School. I've said since game 1 that Corbin wasn't very good. My eyes are bad but they don't lie. I knew when I was watching that Corbin-Pikeville game that I was watching two bad teams, relative to the kind of teams those two usually field. Of course, Pikeville can afford to be bad and still win the hardware. 1A football is terrible.

If I’m not mistaken, the last time Hazard went to Corbin it was the same conditions and muddy as hell. Corbin pulled away 2nd half in that one.

The plus now is there will be no mud. Could be an exciting and entertaining game.

Safe to say it’s not the Corbin team from last season.  I think Hazard will give them a decent ball game.  42-21 Corbin winning.

I have been following the weather for Corbin on this one and it shows the rain should cut out around 6:00pm and the wind will die down quite a bit. I'm hoping this game can be played. it appears as long is nothing changes it should be game on.
