I hate it for every team that has to cancel. Kids busting their tales at practice for months for 10-12 games a year. I get it I guess, but I hate it for the kids. Like @NEXT said, just move the game. Play it at Lindsey Wilson or some other turf field not being used.

That's precisely what guys like Couch want. Pychopaths get off on terrorizing communities. Ask citizens of Wichita and Park City , Kansas what Dennis Rader(BTK) did to that community's psyche for years.

It’s been crazy in the NEKY/Southern Ohio area this week as well. Almost everyday this week there have been shooting/bomb threats made against different schools in our area and several schools have closed because of it. No games have been canceled but it is a crazy world we are living in.

I agree with both of you too. but I could tell there was a very noticeable tone change from the the school reaction yesterday about mid day. I heard rumor that a direct threat was made toward the school that led to closure for rest of week and game cancelation etc. odd times we are in right now.

But otherwise, yes, move the games... that what we did about 10 years ago with the Beltway sniper thing... NoVa teams were bussed like 2 hours away to places like Richmond and Lynchburg... on a school night. They'd leave at 2 and start as early as 4:45.

I was thinking the same things about the buzzards and deer hunters.  Bow season for deer came in the Sat that this happened.  Squirrel season has been in for around a month now.  So I wouldn't be surprised if it was a hunter who found him.  
I hate all this for everyone that's been effected by it. Praying for everyone to stay safe.
