Lex Catholic has zero business being in this list, let alone top 5. As I mentioned in another thread, they will be 0-6 if lucky maybe 1-5 in their first 6 games.

Smile I love your opinion. But in Class 3A Lexington Catholic is still a beast for 90% of the class. Belfry went 0-5 a few years ago and won the championship. So they have a tuff schedule, they are a tuff football team. They played Boyle and Corbin tuff last year even though they lost and those two teams last year was the best two High School teams I had witnessed in person other than Frederick Douglass the year they won Class 5A. So Lexington Catholic has my respect. For the record, The committee voted and put the teams where they felt they needed to go. Right or wrong, at least we have something to talk about.

Ouch.... This is tuff and other than CAL right now, who in 3A would win against these teams?

 Highlands away (L) 7 - 17
 Madison Central home (L) 21-35
 Corbin at Campbell Field
 Great Crossing away
 Lexington Christian home
 Boyle County home

No doubt Lex Catholic is one of the good programs in the state. I’m not and will ever bash student- athletes. I will on the other hand will question school administrators, coaches and athletic director who has driven this program from top level to just mediocre. I have seen it first hand. Talent aren’t there anymore and the ones that do, have left the program because of the reason I mention.
