As long as they can get Mike Ashurst to call all their home games they will be undefeated in that facility, especially if the visitors are from another region. Our girls played there 2 years ago and at the game’s conclusion he had not whistled a single infraction of any kind against HC. Nada. Zero.
Even the local streaming announcers were saying, “that sure looked like an easy foul to call right there”…..”She walked twice on that score but we’ll take it..”

It’s not impossible but wouldn’t you agree that for a ref to not whistle a single violation against the home team vs an out of region opponent is kind of unusual.  It also helps if said referee was at one time the principal of Cawood before it consolidated to form Harlan County High. Lol. Sometimes “excuses” are more than legitimate.
