just to clear this up, i never stated that phelps doesnt work...im sure they do..i simply meant that compared to FOOTBALL SCHOOLS such as belfry, prestonsburg, pikeville, etc. etc. that phelps hasnt even scratched the surface of the work that they need to do to be considered as a possible contender in the mountains

This and the above post is a PRIME example of just how people dog those kids at Phelps. I personally KNOW what they do as I have a Jr. High level player who has been lifting weights since LAST school year!!! WITH the high school players may I add. IMO.... don't "chat" about something you know NOTHING about!!!!! Confused

Oh so you KNOW exactly how hard other schools work?
I never said anything about them NOT working, i was just questiong the INTENSITY and REPETITIONS of the weight training...

Ive lost 20 IQ points reading your post..How the heck do you know how hard another school works?You just get on here and talk trash for the sake of talking trash and bubby there aint no need of that..Ive seen alot like you but id say if you ever "PLAYED" football youd better understand...Id say the only way you could get on a field is to buy a ticket...Get off the kids at Phelps and do your own work....There doing theres..

LIKE you said in your IM to me, well I won't disclose... BUT I will add..... PHELPS doesn't recruit kids... WE play with what we have!!!!! and IMO... you may just have to pucker up!!! :moon:

Do they not get invited anymore? I think the commity looks at teams that have done well in the state over the past couple of years, and bring a strong following.

pikeville put up like 60 points or so last year on the hornets. and in my opinion they are better this year. so where does your so called rational thinking come into effect by stating that the panthers could get stung. given a break here or there, the only break that would help is if they didnt show up.

I think that he is being realistic. Sure, he probably wants PHS to win just like I do, but sometimes one has to look at the facts, and this shows that HC is the better team. But as PP68 said, Pikeville will benefit A LOT from this game in playing such a talented team as HC.

What can I say when youre right youre right on the eve of the PCB Ive realized I cant go against my panthers I dont care if theyre playing the steelers.
