You know how much "tradition" means to the old timers that have there nose up the Greer end. They love the scheduling of games that remind them of the good ol' days. In its 100 year history, Corbin has played Hazard more than any other school, aside from probably, Bell County.

Not wanting to wade into the middle of this argument, but made me curious who Corbin's most common opponents are. Here's the top eleven:
1. Middlesboro 83 (41-37-5)
2. Somerset 73 (44-24-5)
3. Bell County 56 (40-15-1)
4. Pineville 50 (32-17-1)
5. Harlan 42 (22-16-4)
6. Danville 41 (20-19-2)
6. Knox Central 41 (37-3-1)
8. Wayne County 36 (30-6)
9. Williamsburg 35 (24-10-1)
10. Hazard 26 (19-7-0)
11. Whitley County 23 (23-0-0)

They probably shared a district with most of those teams at some point. I would think that would be the reason behind most teams historically common opponents.
