I think the moderator should lock this thread down, it has become boring  :argue:
The HHS/ JBS debate has been settled on the court.

Tell you what,  I'll be at the sweet 16, watching Hazard get their goose cooked in the first game :lmao:  Now who is it you play

Atleast Hazard will be playing, ya know you will be in the stands watching them, wishing you could be on the floor. But it's ok, Hazard beat you all, so it's all good!!!

If you are from the 14th region you should be for whoever represents the 14th region. Don't be a sore loser. Many of these post are problably not for the school they talk about.  Just trying to get an argument.  Also it doesnt matter if Hazard does get beat, they are still the 14th region representative!!!                  GO DAWGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am for Hazard.  I like Hicks and Cambell and I wish them the very best,  I know who these other smart guys are and what I was saying was for their benefit.  They do have a train.

I am a JBS fan and we need to quit acting like children.  JBS had a great season and have a very young team that will be back for next year.  THe JBS/Hazard game was one of the best games I have ever seen.  Both teams had their chances to win and Hazard did.  NOW is the time for the 14th region to pull together and support the school that won the region.  I hope the Hazard Bulldogs go to Rupp and represent the 14th well.

Congrats Hazard!

I live in Hazard........sorry to disappoint.  I was present at both district games and all 3 regional teams that Hazard played. I know absolutely nothing about Estill or your beef with them.

I am a diehard DAWG fan!!! As a matter of fact, I am the #1 fan!!
Goooooooooooo Dawgs!!

I think the 11th region is a tough draw and I know that any team in the 14th would have a hard time with them. Ofcourse Hazard isn't out to see one of there players score 30.  They are team ball playas, so just keep your sights on Duke...lol.

I said it before, don't worry JBS.. your time is still coming but it is not this year so just play pretty and let Hazard celebrate  They get to put their feet on Rupps floor RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW.

this game wouldn't have even been close had it been for hicks lack of open shots, hick probably didn't shoot the ball 8 times the entire night, but with wonderful play from O'Steen, Campbell, and Olinger. good win dawgs
[/quote]  Wonder why Hicks didn't have any open shots ? JBS didn't intend for him to.. It  went into overtime twice, with Cox hitting 3's both times to put them there.  It was a great game and both teams played hard.

if hazard would've set three picks around the three point line, hicks woulda been open.....kinda like stepp was after three picks....you cant defend that....

you should have let Spurlock in on that.  I bet he would have appreciated it.

Guitar Man Wrote:Well...the game was great..... what more can i say...but I would like to elaborate on this "Stepp being knocked to the floor with no call " comment..... The Ball was clearly cleanly knocked away and in an attemt to retrieve it,Stepp flung himself on the floor for it..... Therefore, it was a good no call by the officials.
I agree that the ball was knocked out cleanly, but Stepp was clearly fouled while going after the ball. A good no call, maybe in a pee-wee game, but not in the Regional Tourny where the stakes are so high. Both teams played hard and deserved to win, it is just a shame it had to end this way, but most close endings have some kind of controversy IMO.
