For the 1,202,343 time, I ask.... Why are kids leaving that program for other programs? Its not like Vince Marrow is at the other school pulling them in.... Maybe its just because they WANT to play at a program that puts the kids first and is BETTER. But I'd like an answer for all you butt hurt "their recruiting" cry babies.... WHY ARE THEY LEAVING YOUR PROGRAM. Its one simple question.... Their not getting paid to do it, so why?

Not trying to sound arrogant. But if we weren’t great, why would the kids come? It ain’t the scenery!! They’re coming because they want to be a winner, the program, and maybe the coach. Coach Cal is the best recruiter out there, but if he’s coaching at Alice loyd, he ain’t getting good talent. You have to have kids that want to come here. If the kids want to come here is that recruiting? To me no. But recruiting can be a relative term. But there isn’t really any point arguing it anymore, no side will change the others view and NO one one here can provide creditable proof.

We all know why they come and we all know that a kid ain't desperate to drive 25-30 miles to play for a different high school. We all know that an area the size of Jellico or Pineville or the little wide spot in the road near West Virginia doesn't have the talent to compete for a state championship and produce division 1 players every single year. it's a big ole pile of BS like I said but no point of me arguing either because we all know the supporters of winning with somebody else's players is just going to argue to the end. lol. of course nobody can prove it. that's why it continues.

Harlan County coaches got to be in the press box and also the Play Clocks started working on the multi million dollar facility at Log Mountain. I guess it just took until Week 10 to get everything in order.

Every coach has they're favorites just like a boss at work has favorites and its no different at Corbin or any other program. Just because you got a kid that is used to being catered to doesn't mean there is any politics going on at North Laurel more so than any other school that's a recruiting pitch too but nice try...

Call it what you may, facts are this is the second kid in the last five years who has come from North Laurel to Corbin and immediately played and had a big impact on our team. Yet neither one of these kids could get past the sideline at North, if that’s not politics then someone needs to help your coach evaluate his talent better!!

Bell county high school pulls from the entire county, and has reciprocal agreements with both middlesboro and pineville. Why would you want to play at pineville and lose in the first round every year when you can play for a chance at a ring every year? It’s simple really, good coaches that work hard and know how to win draw in kids. Same thing with Lynn camp and Corbin.

The hatred is so strong for Corbin that north and south Laurel ban together in what they call "Corbin hate week". It's quite impressive that the envy of Corbin can unite two schools that hate each other for 51 weeks out of the year. Too many beat downs and stolen girlfriends I guess.
