I PICK LYLE... lyle is one hell of a player and way better than collins.......LETS GO RAIDERS!!!!

Neither, if they were as good as what people say then they would be playing varsity. I agree with a past poster saying there is no such thing as a JV Superstar for that very reason.

What year is Lyle?

Junior

i agree team spirit lol also on the cheer squad never had a clue who the guy was until a girl from bl started datin him and i knew so yea he sure has the women at sf lol

Justin Collins Might Not Get To Play As Much As Lyle In Varsity But Its Cause Bl Has Alot More Older People With Experience And Coach Rose Plays The Experienced Players First Its Not Cause Collins Doesnt Have Talent Cause He Is The Best Junoir For The Bobcats!!!!!!!

im going with lyle b/c i have never seen justin b4 and i highly doubt that he gets any wemen from sf or in any other school

I really think Justin Collins is a good ball player and doesnt get enough playing time on varsity especially after coming in against SC in the final 2 or 3 min and drops 14pts thats better than half of BL players did the whole game Collins needs more playing time!!!!!!
02-22-2006, 10:23 AM
Collins was the man last night in the VARSITY game he had 14 in like 3 mins, he was the ONLY player on the BL team that was playing hard. Come on coach give him some PT....

My opinion,. Who cares about the women? Collins is a player with alot of potential, and personally from watching him i dont think he's reached his highest capability. He can play anywhere, down low or he can handle the ball... give him some credit, puttin up with all those stupid seniors that bl has, from what i see, he does better when he's in there than ANY senior they got, well , he puts forth alot of effort, and as a player... I'd rather see somebody giving it their all than bein a cocky a**... he's not cocky and is still very talented. Yeah, see who's a sensation next year when yall r sittin ur butts on the bench and collins is tearin it up. Just wait. Lyle, he aint no thang.

I'll take L-Train Johnson in this one.

ok forgive me if i'm wrong but watermelon32 the way you talk you personally know justin collins or IMO are justin collins or a relative of justin collins taking up for him ok he did do good in the varsity game against sheldon clark but the remark about the seniors how could you say that brandon kidd was having an off game everyone has one once in a while he is one of the top players in district and most of the senior squad could beat "sensation" one on one anyday betsy layne just has some off nights yeah justin had 14 but thats no reason to get on here and talk about the seniors like that and sorry "sensation" is not a down low person when did you see him in the post he would get man handled down low, in my oppinion justin collins shoots way too much for his own good he averaged about 18 a game in jv but every game he shot 30 shots and most of them were from three point range and any good ball player who is not hitting good at all should pass the ball thats common knowledge " if im not shooting good i always pass the ball because theres the slight possibilty someone else could be shooting good" if justin collins would learn the aspect of TEAM BALL he could be a top contender but until then he will only care about himself out scoring his other teamates
02-23-2006, 01:00 AM
ill take justin collins on this one he sure showed he could play sensationally the other night vs SC didnt he i think every 1 needs 2 stop giving him crap bc he has been playing like the crap lately lol sorry lyle but he did beat ur team and i heard he led varsity in scoring 3 games this yr and without him the other night the crowd wasnt in it and they wouldve lost by more than they did
02-23-2006, 11:37 AM
in my opinion i think theyre both garbage lol.....

whu has this thread been around so long.....close it please
02-26-2006, 06:00 AM

I agree to long and neither should be on a basketball court they both can not play.
02-26-2006, 03:26 PM
I think there are more than just 2 JV players that are standouts in the JV level. Why start a thread about just 2? Why not make it the best JV players or even the best JV players by position....
02-26-2006, 07:00 PM
i think threads like this is dumb but funny at the same time so i would never tell them to close a thread...if i didn't like it i just wouldn't read it
02-26-2006, 10:34 PM
I haven't heard of either one of these boys so they must not be too good. And anyway, if they were JV stars I would think that they would be getting varsity time.
03-06-2006, 12:42 AM
I didn't say all of the seniors took his playing time... but most that play should be playing in front of him.... kidd, klokocar, thacker, i understand those people playing.. but when u have people that get in the game and dont do anything but mess up... that's when people start questioning.. and that's when people like collins should have more PT... he has made something happen everytime he has got a chance to play in varsity... stop givin him so much crap
03-06-2006, 12:43 AM
shouldn't be playing in front of him*** my bad
03-06-2006, 02:41 PM
Ryan Mollette and Garrett Stroud will probably step it up for next years season. The Mollette kid has some hops and if he can stay out of the lunch league he will be a major asset. hh:
