This will be lawrence county's pink out game in support of breast cancer awareness, there will be t-shirts available at the gate, so everbody come out to support the bulldogs and pirates as well as breast cancer awareness.

When healthy this Belfry team is better than the 2010 and 2011 teams and not very far off right now from the 2012 and 2007 teams.
Don't let a loss to a very good Pikeville team fool you..this is not a watered down product on the field. This is a team who has pummeled a Top 10 caliber 6A team, a top 5 5A team, and probably one of the Top 5 3A teams in TN.
I didn't mean different as in better then 2014 Belfry, just different personnel on the field and correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that those Belfry teams had a little more passing threat, did they not.

I honestly believe this team has the passing threat but has chosen not to show it. Yeah, the Pikeville game would have been a good time to do so but, oh well. In years past they always passed just enough in a game to keep the D honest but this year is different for some reason.

There was NO passing threat other than a little Tebowesque jump dump with Keaton at QB. To think they just chose not to show it is naive. I think they will settle in nicely with Corbett at QB to be able to pass some effectively enough to avoid a repeat of the Pikeville game. It gets more of their athletes on the field in positions that allow them to exploit their strengths.

That doesn't even make sense? You obviously still don't understand what you were looking at? I never said they were top 5 in Tennessee. I was simply pointing out that you were trying so hard to prove somebody wrong that you made yourself look stupid. That's all.

Like I said, this is your only "go to" response because you're not intelligent enough to have an educated conversation. I've not said anything negative about LC at all in this thread. There are good people in Louisa. Unfortunately, they have you to make a joke out of everything they do, and that is the general consensus on here, you're a joke.

Look, if you want to be the guy that craves attention and wants everybody to think their funny that's fine, but crossing the line to making racist comments because you're uneducated is beyond classless. If you're not intelligent enough to come up with general wit then leave it alone? I've coached a lot of great kids from all different kinds of ethnic background and anybody that thinks its okay to belittle anyone based on their race needs to find a way off the holler and educate themselves.

On another note, I dread this game. I imagine that when a man dies and goes to hell, they take the hearse down 52 to get there.

I realize it is your opinion, but people need to remember the Sani have Belfry a much more credible passing threat than many realize. That hasn't been developed yet by the people behind him. It is a chunk in the armor of Belfry right now but one I suspect your coach is working hard on. I really hope Belfry and Pikeville both make it to Bowling Green and bring home the hardware for Pike County. :1:

dawgbyte02 Wrote:That has never set well with me either. I believe after the 2004 season they spent thousands of dollars on the football field because it flooded any time a big rain came. They dozed up the field, installed a new drainage system, put in a brand new track, installed new Musco lighting, put in a new PA system and brand new bleachers and press box. It still floods during heavy rains on the visitors side even covering the track. The field is terrible and I say some what injury prone. Until this year there was a big hole on the home side just out of bounds that was a leg breakerAgree. The field, considering the emphasis they try to put on football down there, is a wreck. I also noticed quite a bit of equipment just lying out in the rain. That speaks to not taking care of stuff. An attention to detail issue that means much more than some would think I hope the AD and coaches start paying attention to stuff like that if hey expect people to give LC more respect. Otherwise, it is a quite nice layout.
. Last year they finally moved the big metal box from just past the end zone. Any time there was a play at that end zone I thought of the player at the Marshall game running into band equipment and breaking his leg. LC spent a bunch of money on the track but I don't think they even have a track team. Of course I do not think many schools still have track and field. No money in it. All about football and basketball.

Hey KyRock: didn't they move that school out of Befry, closer to the big town? Why do they still call it Belfry.!!!!

Rock, maybe if we fished around, in the Fort Gay area, we could get some funds, to build One of those big cancer causing football fields,it's. A dandy really pretty. Might have to move it closer to Fort Gay though. Naw forget it ,bad idea.
