Belfry @ Lawrence Co. 10/17
pjdoug Wrote:they are AA and you are the one ranking them too high.snap back to reality.

Athletics
The Warriors compete in TSSAA class A-AA athletics, and class 3A football. Athletic programs include football, basketball, soccer, baseball, softball, volleyball, tennis, golf, swimming, cross country, wrestling, and track & field. Varsity Warriors sports teams have won a combined twenty state titles. Of these titles, seven are in men's soccer and four in women's soccer; all of them since 2002. The Warriors won the Class 3A football State Championship in 2011, defeating Milan 49-14. This was their first ever trip to the State Championship since their football program was founded in 2001. The CAK football team was able to once again reach the 3A State Final in 2012 and defeat Milan to claim their 2nd consecutive state championship with a score of 48-14.
baseball1974 Wrote:What he posted was the actual ranking from 3A. I understand when you get on the coacht website their listed under what's called division 1 AA. They do that because there is division 1 and division 2 schools, and if you notice the division 1 schools only have 3 classes listed, but there are actually 6 football classes in Tennessee.

And since you're on a roll of being wrong, their also 4-3 not 4-4.

Take it easy on him. He has been riding the coat tails of teams in every classification and after a while it just becomes a blur.Confusednicker:

He is simply stretched too thin to research that stuff. I have been waiting since yesterday for his 2A ranking but jetpilot got him distracted when he trolled his Williamsburg boys. That is his primary horse to ride this year.Confusedhh:
I thought he was a Whitley County fan? and anyone Belfry plays.Confusednicker:

Go for it :biglmao: JC does! I hear they are leading the state of Ky in Latino Population! Confusednicker:

Yawn all you want, but it is very classless. I guess when you can't come up with anything of substance to say you have to rely on personal digs and a lot of icons so you can be seen. Good luck with that.

That has never set well with me either. I believe after the 2004 season they spent thousands of dollars on the football field because it flooded any time a big rain came. They dozed up the field, installed a new drainage system, put in a brand new track, installed new Musco lighting, put in a new PA system and brand new bleachers and press box. It still floods during heavy rains on the visitors side even covering the track. The field is terrible and I say some what injury prone. Until this year there was a big hole on the home side just out of bounds that was a leg breaker
. Last year they finally moved the big metal box from just past the end zone. Any time there was a play at that end zone I thought of the player at the Marshall game running into band equipment and breaking his leg. LC spent a bunch of money on the track but I don't think they even have a track team. Of course I do not think many schools still have track and field. No money in it. All about football and basketball.
To take a quote from nolan richardson belfry is so good in 3a they should be ranked 1st and 2nd.

If I remember correctly. The field was resodded or something back in 95 when I lived down there. I remember big piles of dirt all over the field

Did you forget to read the part where I said they will be 4-4 after this Friday when they get hammered? or cant see it for your blinders?
Belfry by whatever Haywood wants.... I say he will want at least 30..

No but I did see the part where you couldn't figure out the difference in a strength percentage list and a class ranking, not too mention you didn't even know Tennessee had 6 classes? Maybe you shouldn't comment on things you don't understand?

what you call strength and what I call it are two differen't things. 4-4 record is strength? saying CAK is a top 5 Tennessee team is laughable:yawn:

It's almost as laughable as the KHSAA Class A championship game last year............

That was really funny.

I agree.I was laughing while watching it.
Regardless of who played who, strength of schedule, stats, history etc. is what happens Friday. LC is playing for a district championship Friday. They will give it their best shot. Now, I ask, what happens if Belfry beats LC and then loses to PCC the following week. Wouldn't you have 3 teams with a 2-1 district record? How does that work? Just for the sake of argument.
Belfry by as many as Haywood wants.

Please don't get the tie-breaker talk started. Go to the KHSAA website it details it perfectly. BTW. If this PCC team beats Belfry, then just cancel the rest of the Pirates season lol.
Spuds Wrote:I just old you the truth. Are you turning your head too......LOL.:Shaking:

You didn't "old" me anything. The only things you've managed to do successfully thus far is make baseless claims with nothing to back them up, and make yourself look like an idiot.
Without opening pandora'a box a 3-way tiebreaker would be tough to go in LC or PC's favor. Belfry's wins over Henry Clay and Southwestern will make them basically untouchable in a 3 way tie unless some drastic changes happen.

Ultimately this week is essentially the District Title.

If LC loses they would not only need PC to win, but would need to beat Pburg and hope that Belfry loses to JC and that Henry Clay, Southwestern, and CAK finish the year without wins.

I apologize for mentioning it. Please take no offense. I was just curious. I will research better before I ask. Just thought those more knowledgeable than me might have a quick answer. It was just speculation anyway. Everyone knows that Belfry will go undefeated this year and win another district championship.
Maybe better if everyone that has to play Belfry just cancelled their season and got an early start on basketball. Well, maybe all but Pikeville.

I'm glad that not everyone on here is an over grown, pervert of an old gay moron that likes to get on here and down LC in everything. Someone from LC come take your girl to? Confusednicker:

No apology is necessary it is just that this has been rehashed and rehashed over and over again over the years on BGR. When and if it should happen believe me it will be explained ad nauseum and then some lol.
