I think you gotta go with the senior skyler Griffith because you have the ball in the hands of a play maker at all times..

yeah but he is an awesome receiver.

Skyler is an awesome football player. He is a tremendous playmaker from whatever position he lines up in.

Williamsburg has a nice freshman group coming in 2014 should see a lot of playing time. :Cheerlead

The best qb could and should play. I think u gotta build for future success as well though. If Skylar is the best over all qb then he should start. But if the only reason to hae him back there is to have the ball in his hands, then I would do a tandem qb thing and run Skylar out of the Wildcat and get the fresh/soph qb as many reps as possible. Especially if u are going to have other fresh/sophs at other positions. If the WR are experienced, running out of the ACE package and using Mesh, The Shallow series, and stick routes, which is what i saw Wburg do the most of, a frosh qb with 2 years of running the system should be fine taking the reigns. Your leader on and off the field is going the be Griffith and Shelton. With recievers like that, I think a young qb would be just fine and it would allow you to build for the next few years.

Hazard was very dangerous in 2011 when they inserted Blanton in at the wildcat position and kept defenses off balance.

wITH THE TEAM COMMING BACK I THINK YOU WILL HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO FIT A QB RIGHT IN JERRY WILL LAND ON HIS FEET AND YOU WATCH THEY WILL PLAY WITH THE RIGHT QB. LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT YEAR. HAPPY NEW YEAR AND LET US ALL PULL FOR THE MT, TEAMS.

William, sburg lost to an excellent Class A football team they were flat out a better team than any class A team than I have ever seen. NO EXCUSES but, I have heard several different stories as to the number of boys in HS. does any one out there know how they stack up with other class A teams in the state. IMO I think that team could have beaten AA, AAA, and played with AAAA

I don't think hot but the problem is everyone is on 2nd year of 2 year contracts. I know Wburg has week 6 and 4 open. 6 is week before district and most schools including Wburg like that open date. I know of no other school that has week 4 except NL.
Whitley plays Clay
Corbin plays SL
Knox lays Bell
Mboro plays Harlan

It is very difficult for Williamsburg to schedule games in general. I hate the the four team district's this only guarantees a team 3 games. I do not think Williamsburg needs to apologize for their schedule at all. The schedule should be designed to help a team have playoff sucess, and I thought Williamsburg schedule was balanced and helped them improve throughout the year.
