It's difficult to make a prediction when teams have never played each other before. JC has a tough reputation, and I'm glad that Harlan County plays them and Belfry this year (another first).

From what I can gather, these teams play a lot alike. I'm looking forward to Friday's game.

I would like to start by congratulating Belfry, HC and JC for having the guts to play one another and make Mountain Football what is should be. Whether they win or loose, they will be better teams for it. I would rather get beat by one of the non divisional teams like these are and go deep in the playoffs, than to beat a bunch of candy teams and loose in the early rounds.

I got to watch JC in person Friday Night for the first time and I have not seen HC at all. This could be the best JC team I have seen in the Matney era. More depth, can pass when they have too and solid on defense.

We can analyize all day all, but these teams are even period down the the coaches. In tight games like these Special Teams win ball games and I would gvie that edge to JC. Being home in front of the Eagel Crowd is worth points too. I say a 3 point edge for Special Teams and 4 points for the home crowd, JC by 7.

^^That's why people shouldn't over look HC in this game, they've done been thru one battle and are better for it, they won't make the same mistakes. JC is good but haven't been tested yet, and i do think that will be the difference in this game..Remember we were picked by most to beat Belfry and reality came crashing down, it's going to be a good game for sure....Go Bears!!!!!!
