Folks you can say what you want but you prepare for these types of games during the season, not the week before the game. With that said BC has done that with pretty stout non-district schedule. Their non-district oppents record is 42-18 (70%), where RC's is 30-40(42.8%). And not to mention 5 of the 6 BC played are still alive in the playoffs(Highlands, Collins, John Hardin, Danville, Whitley). Where only 2 of the 7 RC played are still alive (Whitley, Pulaski). I know the game is not played on paper, but at this point its all we have to go by, so heres my 2 cents..... BC 31- RC-17.

Our fans our super nice and just enjoy the game. Everyone visiting should enjoy the atmosphere. We typically have a few activities going on prior to the games, not sure what is planned for this Friday.
We have an awesome band, not sure if they're performing at halftime or not, but if they are it's well worth watching.
Seating is all on one side of the field with a visitors section starting at the far end. I expect a huge turnout so seating will likely be tight.....so get there early. I will be on the fawdy!!
Oh yeah, Coe's is 3-4 miles north off of Hwy 80. Small dining area, but the catfish is excellent!
So they moved the bleachers off the baseball field and everyone sits on the same side now.

Its always been one side they may need extra bleachers for thi one.

Maybe in the past couple of years, but not always. I believe we came down sometime in around 2005-2007 and our stands where in center field. It had rained so much that the sideline was nothing but mud and that your baseball coach was very upset. Could be the reason the vistors have been moved to all the same side.

Yeah, thought you said their were no arrogant post by BC faithful? Maybe I just misread what you are trying to say:pondering:

Is this Cole's in the old Western Sizzlin building? I ate there back in August when I ran the "Run with all your Hart" race in memory of Sara Hart.

Don't worry i've already told the Boyle players that the Russell fans said that they have the most talented, fastest ,most atheletic, and how could i forget the best team Boyle has played all season,so there's no need in showing up there just not good enough.it's ok for laker20 and the rest of you guys to get on here and talk about how invinceable Russell county is,but god for bid the Boyle fans do the same thing, and the name is spelled Lambert not Lanbert.:HitWall:

I'm no more arrogant than Laker20,and a few more of your posters.just trying to keep up.although laker20 passes his arrogance off better than i do.

Its not arrogance, its swagger..... and everyone must have a little, but yet not to much.

Yes it is! Makes me very thankful for what I have and to not take life for granted. I plan on wearing my "Run With All Your Hart" shirt at Friday's game.

I like Boyle,Co in a good game here if I can I will be their to see it even though its 2 and half hours away. Boyle 27 Russell,Co 21. But it could go either way.

All jokes aside, to all you Russell county fans i honestly believe Russell has a good football team or they wouldn't be undefeated.i maybe wrong Russell may take Boyle out behind the woodshed and give 'em a good whipping.i do respect you guys and your Laker team, but in my honest opinion if Boyle plays the way they've been playing i think they win friday night no problem, but sometimes the football will take some funny bounces thats why you play the game.as long as Boyle plays mistake free football, and don't commit a bunch of turnovers they'll be fine.i do believe it will be a competetive game from start to finish.i don't see a blow out by either team, but it wouldn't suprise me to see one team or the other win by 2 or 3 TDS.

As much as I'd like to keep you all from getting to the game on time I'll let you j or it starts at 7. They're bringing in extra seating but if its on the far sideline I doubt it'll be for visitors considering the RC players are on that side.
11-05-2012, 07:21 PM
The last time these two teams play each other, was Oct.27 06,won by Boyle Co 16-8 in the mud.I was there for that one,and just like Rebel 55 said, the visitor stands was on or close to the baseball infield. It was a fun game to watch and see the players on both teams get so muddy.lol
Now as for this game coming up,I know RC has a great team and are looking forward of playing Boyle Co.,should be a great game, but I think Boyle wins, all respect to Russell Co. and the fans.Lets us all enjoy the game and everyone be safe.

Boyle's football team is pumped? Interesting. Russell co's guys actually forgot there's a game this week so I guess you've got them there.

Boyle fans are an arrogant bunch. They get on here and say, "Well, if Boyle plays their game there is no way they can get beat."
