I heard that the Lewis Kid for Harlan tore his ACL again, and one of the starting lineman has a broke leg? any truth?

Half the team is out. Change your picks.

I am not worried about a pick--I was really asking about Lewis because I know he missed most or all of the season last year with a leg injury. I hope he is ok.

HARLAN COUNTY BLACK BEARS will win this game. They have a talented team, and im glad they are finally getting a challange. KC is decent, but they are going to send them home with a 2 touch down favor.

i am taking harlan county cause there at home. slight advantage. It would not surprise me though if knox central goes up there and wins. keyes to beating harlan county is to stop the run and try to force a turnover or two. The keyes to beating knox are establish there run game and protect the football also trying to contain canady!

Yogibear Wrote:I think you two are talking about two different games. The called back TD reference made earlier was to the Bellvue game. There were no TD's called back though. A couple of huge plays, but no actual TD's.Ha, I was really young then and chasin' girls...so that's probably why I got it wrong, lol.
Rojas is right though. Vs. Pikeville TE caught a pass and refs ruled he never crossed the goalline. They were stopped on QB sneak next play.

Harlan County is for real they will prove a point Friday Night. They will beat knox by 30 or more just liked they have beat everyone else. If they would have left there stsrters in the complete game the last 4 games, they would have beat some of those teams by 60 or more. This team is for real and people will start seeing it this week.

I know this much..
If Harlan Co doesn't win..
I'm gonna hate to see what all will be said on here..
Harlan Co. is definitely the big dog in the cage right now..
I'm not going against them in this one..
Harlan Co - 42
Knox - 21

Was the field soaked at PCC last year during their game with HC? I would have hated for PCC's speed and skill to be limited and give the HC team an advantage...someone refresh my memory..lol ...all in fun guys, all in fun..

Ahh! Revisionist history at its best. It rained all week and the field was not all that wet. Just an excuse your coach used in the paper. Amis was sacked all night was the real problem. You guys forget too when talk about how you should have won that HC had 4 turnovers inside PCC's 20 that night in the first half alone.

Besides Rankin not running the ball as much, name one except for some linemen who graduated.
