Great weekend for crowds. Too bad the games did not live up to the expectations for 5 of the teams.
BTW Ohio had a total for their 6 of 35,586 but they had live TV in parts of the state.
I heard the commisioner on the radio after the Trinity game and he said Bowling Green was a perfect match for these games. Take it for what it's worth. Talked like he loved Bowling Green.

The venue is better. The drive from Ft. Thomas sucks.

People from Lexington, Louisville, and Northern Kentucky are required to drive more than an hour to a football game. Shame Shame.

My critiques of Bowling Green:
1) I was in the minority, but I came from the South and stayed off Scottsville Road. I had been to Bowling Green and to the Stadium so i was familiar with how to get there, but for someone who had never been it could have been very confusing. Not a lot of markers showing you where to go.
2) Nothing was marked saying where each side was sitting. I entered at Gate 1 hen had to walk 100 yards along the Central side, cross the end zone, then go another 50 yards along the Belfry side to reach where I wanted to sit. The cheap solution is just to mark everything better or have the girls at the box office be more proactive and tell you where to enter. The most fan friendly solution is to create a walkway to connect the seats in the open endzone.
3) They need scoreboards on each endzone. For fans sitting on the visitor side in the lower level under the awning, it is nearly impossible to see the scoreboard in the top 4 or 5 rows
4) They are about 1 concession stand short on each side of having what they need to keep the masses flowing quickly at Halftime.
All in all I much prefer BG over Louisville. I also like the fact that each tourism dollar has a much greater positive impact on the BG businesses and commerce instead of Louisville.
