Mountain Coach Wrote:Well I saw Breathitt get doubled up by LCA at Breathitt. I also saw the Jv playing corbin in the 10 game of the year. I am deff going to watch this one..Clay co is Lca raceland. Lex Cath would romp Hazard too if you had 8 kids suspended......Your quote is filled with mediocracy and your talking intellectually with no actual idea of the teams that are playing. 35-28 LCA
And we got Boyle this week!! :1:

Well I saw hazard also double up breathitt and the jv playing all the 4th quarter in that game. I also listened to the corbin and LCA game and the starters played pratically the whole game for LCA in that because there QB was running for his life on there last series to try to tie the game so dont give me the jv played in that game. Well i hope to come watch it because LCA will go down in this match up. I'd agree if Hazard had 8 kids suspended but if i remember correctly from that game lca and Lex Cath that people said LCA had a bunch hurt not suspsend but i may be wrong but i read that somewhere whether it was on here or not. I know Hazard and LCA well have watched them over the past several years and know quite a bit about them. I remember last year LCA was suppose to be far superior than everyone but it seems like to me that Hazard had a chance to tie that ball game if im not mistaken but dropped a pass in the end zone. I agree with your quote also about talking football with others.

Good luck to both teams. Hazard seems to be blending at the right time and coming together when it matters the most. On the other hand LCA always seems to be the weakness that Hazard has which prevents them from being able to come through when the going gets tough. If Hazard keeps playing the way they have been the past few weeks then I think they will come out on top. If they fall apart and don't stick to the strategy Coach Dixon has laid out all week, LCA will go home and be headed for Bowling Green next week. I think its up to the players and their staying focused. Good luck Bulldogs!!

hahaha Beechwood .... their chance of winning is slim. They wont be able to handle mayfield.. The "Duke Boys" better get ready for the Cardinals!

I think Hazard should and will win but I went on and voted for LCA because I think it'd be awesome to see three state champions in 2AD7 next year.

I would not really say it is a "weakness", Hazard has played Lca the last 3 years in the playoffs, going 1-2 and were a dropped pass away last year from maybe playing Mayfield for the state title.
They have played 5 times in the last 3 years with the home team winning every game(Lca 3-2)
These two teams have a nice rivalry, with LCA moving to 2A next year, am hearing that these 2 teams will be playing a regular season game.

NO!! I think Zack West has a broken heart!!
He won't be playing in what very well could be the last game with the LCA Eagles! If the KHSAA doesn't over turn the refs ruling for:redboxer: He won't be playing.:dontthink

Wow thats gotta be heart breakin. Sucks to have to watch. maybe his players will pull a close one for him..

If the khsaa over turns someone fighting then there is something big wrong. The khsaa is fair and will do the right thing. Or at least i hope so!

The way I understand it. Neither team can find the fight on video!! Their was a push by a Fairview player. He was ejected. Then when the next play was about to start the slideline judge called for the head official to come over. Thats when they decided to toss West. The way the story goes. The line judge was getting an ear full from McPeek. Just like a good coach would do if you lost one of your players. Thats when they decided to talk it over and toss West from the game to!! Also the story goes! The ref crew is from Log Mountain. Around Hazard area. Got alot of fans wondering!!
The way I hear it the Fairview player or the LCA player shouldn't have been tossed. No fighting. Just some pushing. Should have been off setting penalties. Thats what happens almost every time if no punches were thrown.. They can't find anyone who saw a punch thrown!!

If there was no fight or punches thrown then it should be over turned but if theres a part were neither player was listening to the officials and continue such activity then i can see it possible for ejection only if they the players are out of control. I do agree things happen but kids are going to have to learn to control themselves.
Either way I say hazard still prepares for LCA just like he was playing but hazard wins either way if he plays then hazard 34 to 21, and if he doesnt then 42 to 21

I was going to say that I had never heard of a Log Mountain in the Hazard area. Glad somebody knows where it is.

Well the way the story goes. per by buddy who was an official, the referee who threw West out for a comative action lives in Hazard. True story... Also, I cant stand Hazard. So I hope LCA wins. Hazard hasnt played anybody like LCA all year on Off or deff. No matter what any bluegrass rivals experts say Clay county and Corbin arent an LCA.

Not True. The crew might have been from the mountains but none of them are from Hazard
I would hope all mountain teams support each other. And for the most part I think they do when it gets to this level of the post season. I know the majority of the Hazard fan base is pulling for Bell, Belfry, Corbin and Harlan Co. But every fan base has a few bitter, jealous jerks.
You are right Corbin is no LCA, because they beat LCA.
