I have watched this group of kids who are now seniors for 8 years. Their will to win is what makes them great. Sure, they are very fast. And they have done the work in the weight room. But the kinda good they bring to the field just goes beyond that.
This group of seniors this year are a very smart bunch and know the game very well.
The last 6 games or so the defense has stepped it up on another level. 7(scored on our JV), 0, 0, 0, 7(kickoff return) and 13. Those are the points in those game. We even shut out a Harlan Co team at their house who is playing in the Semi's 35-0. :yikes:

What's a blowup helmet?

I wasn't calling anyone classless, because I don't judge an entire fanbase based on one or two people, like you're doing.

I'll take Bell by 21. I think they come out ready to play and take it to Boyle county.

:thatsfunn I've been waiting for weeks for when you would do that. Go back and look at last year's thread and you brought up the Rockastle County comparitive scores. They were meaningless last year. They are this year as well. It's all in good fun though BellBobcats09.

I also remember two years ago Bell would not let Boyle film the game from there box and we had to film it from the Boyle co stands. Maybe thats why they didn't let them put up there helmet?

Bell, to me, seems unbeatable in 4A this year. They will win by 2 tds. But it will be an exciting game!

I hate to tell you but the high tempeture for Friday is going to be in the mid to upper 30's. It will be cold on the Bobcat Hilton. "Were you can check in but you can't check out."

I have watched this group of kids who are now seniors for a bunch of years. Sure, they are very fast. And they have done the work in the weight room. But the kinda good they bring to the field just goes beyond those typical measures. Not taking anything from a superb Boyle team. I just think what will determine the final score here will be on Bell's side.

Bell Co doesn't allow anyone from the other team in the pressbox. Simply not big enough. Between our people and our radio stations.

I sure wish that we had a pressbox like you all did and then there wouldn't be any problem like that at all. I hope that after the season we have a strong win that takes our pressbox and moves it to Bell Central. And then maybe we can get a new one.

This group of seniors for Boyle has been very special as well as talented.I remember them going to louisville and beating Trinity as freshmen which is something that is unheard of for a county school.this is the most talented senior class Boyle has had since chuck smith left for UK.not to mention 8 of them started and played on the defense that shut Bell down last year.this game will come down to the final minutes maybe to even who has the ball last.there will be no blowouts by either team its gonna be who ever wants it most that moves on.

I would say that is what is leading the charge for the Bobcats.

You guys have given up ALOT more pts this year too. IMO Bell Co has the better D this year. Thats what won it for Boyle Co last year.
Our Senior class is 52-3 with a State Championship.

Plus, you guys get the benifit of being the underdog to the 13-0 defending state champions. FWIW, I think it will be a defensive battle both ways Friday night.

I hope your players are as confident as you guys are about winning this game if they are then they are looking past Boyle.have you stopped to think that Bell can lose this game just as easily as they lost last year.Im a realist, i know Boyle can lose as well as win.Boyles offense is definately better than last years team, and believe it or not thier defense is just as good as last years.Boyles defensive coach can take all the blame for the points that catholic scored friday, at sometime during the second quarter he decided to drop into a prevent defense and only rush 3 down linemen which gave catholics QB time to throw ball and pick our defense apart.which i couldnt understand cause the first game we rushed 4,and blitzed the heck out of him and he ran for his life the whole game.i think coach hester really out thought him self friday night, and couldnt figure out how to fix his mistake.

Thats the difference between fans and players. We do the talkin and they do it on the field.
If we have nothing to talk about its going to be a long week. Like I said in my prediction it will be like a 14-7 game and could go either way.

I think that Bell knows that they can lose. Boyle's offense is not better than they were last year maybe more balanced but not better. The D is good but not like that of last year. Don't read anything into it but that D last year was awesome. Boyle is a great football team and there is no way that Bell is looking past Boyle there maybe some fans that are but this one isn't and the players won't be.
