Is this thread serious? Even though valley has lost alot, they havent lost enough to get beat by east ridge. :please:
strong ER faithful on this thread. btw valleys new transfer, is by far the quickest kid in the mountains. even before him valley would beat ER. now that he's on the team valley will kill ER.
Valley will beat ER 4+ TD.

As a soph. at Iroquois High against a very difficult schedule , He rushed for 400 yards, and had around 400 rec. yards.
He runs a true 4.5. The kinna quickness and speed that will be scary in the mountains.

Need i remind you that ER isnt that slow the whole backfeild is running in the 4's.

Well I guess you haven't heard of the two lineman that coach allen has recruited to play from out of the school. Joey Coleman and Bryan Little. Joey is an ox! Bryan is without a bout the most explosive lineman in school history and he hasn't even been in pads yet! He is 6'3" 260 and nothing but muscle. Trust me, you have no clue what new players are out for the ER team this year....Two others are Austin Robinson and Cody Justice which are two of the fastest kids in the entire school. The line will be the best the school has ever seen. I can't wait to watch those new kids play.

Overhype can kill a team fast! Size and strength are only a small part of the recipe when it comes to lineman. The statement never been in pads is detrimental to all of the ER lineman in the past. I am very glad to hear about all the pickups for ER but they are gonna have to prove out. When i stack the record that we all see on here its hard to give ER the edge?

It seems to me that in todays high sports programs who you transfer in each year is as or more important than who you return.

i cant wait till ER puts it down valleys throat..cause all they think about is that they are better then everybody else and they are so stuck up..everyone that i talked to this year says that valley will be down in football and basketball..i've watched both ER and valley practice and ER is bigger and faster then valley

I see this every year about kids running 4.5 and 4.4 or what have you. Its been my experience that its very inaccurate. If you can run a 4.5 or a 4.4 forty, you are a D-1 prospect. Many times these hand timed 40's are off a bit. I don't believe any 40 times unless its done by a combine, then you know the true speed.

Believe me I'm an insider in many different ways.

I never doubted the kid running a 4.5. But the guy up there said he was the fastest in the mountains and I was simply saying I know two kids faster and one was timed at a Marshall University camp, the other at a camp in Georgia (laser timed)

The kid runs a 4.5 forty thats great and weighs what 140lbs soaking wet....Whats he going to do when he meets a lineman in the hole who out ways him by 150 lbs or more???

almost all of er's starters are back just a few lineman are gone
but all of the backfeild is back the casey boys and dalton lewis and all the other seniors are stepping up for the leadership a good team needs
