I knew all this was coming. But I guess no one remembered the personal foul on SC for a player pushing and hitting #60 Tyler Layne in the chest and helmet. He didn't get ejected did he? Wes Woods did not intentionally throw an elbow, he was just trying to block someone who happened to run into him, and no, he did not throw a hissy fit on the sidelines, I'm sure anyone who got ejected out of a game being a senior would be pretty upset. Prestonsburg really stepped it up this game IMO, they didn't get down and were determined to win. Congrats Blackcats, and Good Luck Cardinals!

no...it was right in front of me. very obvious he had the intent to try and injure our player....VERY obvious

yes he did trow a hissy fit..he didnt get ejected because he threw the elbow he got ejected because he took of his helment and was telling the ref what he thought about the personal foul that was called on him...so he deserved to get ejected..and the reson the sc player didnt get ejected was because he didnt act like a baby when they he did that

You are totally wrong, I am watching the replay. The personal foul and player ejection was called at the same time. Player did not realize he was ejected and was still on the field. Then the ref throws another flag because the player had not left the field, then he (the player went ballistic) over the ejection and took his helmet off at that time. Said few choice words and He was escorted to the locker room. Oh yes, it was clearly a personal foul, but I totally disagree on the ejection. I saw no intent to injure anyone. Poor officials crew both ways, they let the game get totally out of hand then started throwing flags on almost every play.

I do agree about poor officiating, I would about bet to say that at least 20 flags was thrown tonight and about 5 to 6 personal fouls....and it was all from one line judge and the head ref..

Goodnight to all, going to watch the last of the replay.

Seth Moore hit a 38 yd field goal tonight. That's unheard of for Prestonsburg. I couldn't tell you when the last time a kicker from Prestonsburg kicked one from that distance. So whoever said it was clutch was right on.

i'm a senior on prestonsburg's team and that is the worst called gamei i've every played in my whoe life...every time we would make a tackle on SC"S sideline their coach would yell face mask and nobody was face masked but they always got the flag..i seroiusly hope that no other team has to put up with this "crew" of so called officals..they honestly need to be fired or sent back to reffing school or something...

Seth Moore is the best kicker in the state Hands Down..i'd put any game on his leg...either tieing like he did tonight or winning a state game i'd trust it...his freshman and sophomore years all he did in practice was kick a football everyday day 5 days a week countless number of hours a day he's the best kicker i have seen:letsparty
09-23-2006, 02:43 AM
Seth is a great kicker but NOT the best, he is one of the top tho...
09-23-2006, 02:45 AM
it was a real clutch kick, but if it was from two yards further...it wouldnt have made it...i know there are some legs out there who have a little more kick in them, but man that was huge...

I'm pretty upset with my cards but they will bounce back no doubt. I was a little too busy being distracted by some p**^# telling us sc fans to sit down while all the pburg fans were standing up cursing and throwing bottles at us because we show pride in our school. The authorities backed up the bottle throwers..sad sad
Oh so very true....sad sad....but that is how it is when u play P-burg in any game....the authorities stand in front of the other team like u r the bad guys...and let the burg people do as they please.....Rude is Rude...no matter where it happens.....Sportsmanship goes a long way with todays kids.

What the heck are you talking about? I've set back and read thru this thread until I get to yours Nascar99, and that's the most incorrect post in this whole thing! I won't take this thread off topic into a pissing contest with you. Congrats Blackcats on hard fought win. And Congrats to Sheldon Clark, I'm not rubbing it in, you have a good team and this loss will get you really ready for the rest of the season and the playoffs. Good Luck!
