I agree. I think it's pretty lame for any stadium to not have visitor bleachers. The fans from each school shouldn't all be sitting together. I don't care if the visitors even have their own little section on the same side, it's still stupid. It makes it seem like we're all back at a flag football game on Sunday afternoon.

Any stadium that does this is ineligible to be called a "good stadium" in my book.

I'm honestly kind of shocked not many more people has mentioned Log Mountain, the parking situation isn't the best, even though there is 3 parking lots, on big games you've got the sides of 25E lined with cars and folks having to dodge traffic to get across the road, would like to see something better there, but the visiting bleachers is the exact same as home, 3 concession stands, one on the visitor side, to go along with amazing atmosphere and fantastic scenery. I'm biased though.

I loved Lincoln County's field personally, and also thought that Whitley County was fantastic.

Places I hated and never want to go back to, Knox Central..I don't like having to sit with their fans knowing how heated the Bell-KC games always get, too much room for altercation. I wasn't particularly fond of Central either, liquor store right next to the field, jail right there, police sirens heard all throughout the game. No problem with the people, just wasn't particularly fond of the location, or the facilities.

I really like bell co. I've never been there to play bell. I was there in 2003 we played middlesborro in some kind of season kickoff event. Loved it except we lost the game

Yes. No problems with people, no problem finding the field, but parking kind of sucked, and just seemed like an undesirable location for a field.

Ok. There are so many schools with Central in their name... just wanted to make sure.

Shelby Valley was always a great place to travel to. Surprisingly very nice facilities, huge visitor seating, tons of parking including parking directly behind the visitor seats, generally good concession food, and it seemed like it was always an easy win to boot. Putnam Stadium was always great for the tradition and the seating, but you knew you were about to get hosed by the officials. Russell has a nice facility for visitors as well.

Unfortunately, Breathitt County will have to face my critique for the second straight thread on a topic like this. The single greatest disparity between Home seating and visitor seating in the State. Home side= 3500 covered seats with concession stands and restrooms immediately nearby. Very Nice. Visitor side = rusty bleachers holding maybe a few hundred fans teetering on a river bank, not even tall enough to see over the players on the sideline, with a half mile trek through mud to reach concessions/restrooms. If you dare sit on the home side: May God Have Mercy on Your Soul!

You are welcome to sit on our "home" side.It holds plenty. Most visitors do.They usually sit on the left side facing the field.

Both of these stadiums need help on the visitors side. Bowling Green is better than LexCath due to the height of the stadium seats on the home side.

Manual Stadium in Louisville was built in 1924. I grew up near by and attended my first high school game there in 1973 as a 7th grader. Trinity 44- Manual 0. Seats 12,000 easily. It is the only grass field the Shamrocks will play on this season as long as Trinity wins their district. I wish Manual Stadium had artificial turf, then multiple playoff games could be staged there.
