Ya know, good coachs find a way to win even when the stable is lean, some coachs can't win even when it's overflowing with talent. Ya you have to look at a win loss record when you talk about "a good coach". But I think it's more important as to what a coach teaches players for use in life, and how a coach treats the players. Some coach's may appear to be a "good coach" from the outside, but treat the players with no respect, and teach them nothing that may help them in the future after High School Sports. I think there are some coachs in the region that may not have that big trophy in the school trophy case, that are truly a better coach us.
