I pray that Pelphry never becomes UK's head coach because that means something bad is happing in Lexinton. Gillespie is a great great coach, like RAVENBOY said give him time to get Tubbys guys out, we only have a coulpe guys left till there all out, but Meeks can stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with you 100%. Gillispie goes 12-4 in the SEC without any of his actual recruits outside of patterson and there still not satisfied and already wanting him out in his 2nd season. These kind of UK fans kill me. Trust me people, give BCG time and he will win us a couple more championships, and thats a guarentee.

It doesn't matter, college coaches are there to win and prepare kids for life. Tubby did a great job preparing kids for life as there was a very high graduation rate for the basketball team at UK during his time. Tubby got a Natl Title, who cares who's players it was with, Tubby could actually coach.

I will let you in on a little secret, either you win a CHAMPIONSHIP here at UK or its a total failure. :thumpsup: That's just the way things are here in Lexington. And with Tubby's little Michael Porters running around on the court. And we all know that we arent going to win another until BCG gets all 5 of his own players on the court. Look at next years recruits, and tell me that Tubby would have done better.

Tubby's doing better now with less talent. Minnesota is not a team of world-beaters. Against Iowa this week, they led and struggled..muddled through the game. In my opinion, Tubby is a better in-game coach and adjust to the opponent better than BCG. How many times has Tubby lost to VMIs or Gardener Webbs over his entire coaching career?

Gillispie is a great recruiter, but he's having a tough time getting those high-profile players to play together...still signs of selfishness going around on the team. Pelphrey is also a phenominal recruiter, he put together those teams of the late 90's and early 00's at Florida, did quite well at USA with zero talent. This is his second full year at Arkansas and he has a team that has slayed two top 10 teams in a matter of weeks and have them playing good basketball....they might be the early favorites for the SEC crown.

Whoever is the coach at UK I will support because I bleed blue, always have and always will.

Ask recruits when was the last time UK won a national title? I dare say the response would surprise you. Ask high school kids how many titles UK has won? Ask current UK players who Cameron Mills is?
