Does Central have a chance of beating Belfry?

I think Central has a good chance of beating belfry. I think it all depends on what they do with Ashland tho.

Sheldon Clark - I don't think they have a better team then Belfry, but its at SC, and a rivalry somewhat.. if you call 3 wins by SC an rivalry.. calls seem to always go SC way at the Rock.. but Belfry seems to play better on field turf than real grass.. its really a toss up..

Johnson Central- I would say the golden eagles are easily the favorite in this one, due to being at home, and being a much larger 5A school with a great coach like Jim Matney.. I think Belfry and JC are much closer talent wise.. I expect a really good game, but JC most likely will come out on top of this game, and start turning this series into a heated rivalry..

like I stated.. Is not that these teams are better than Belfry.. its just tough going to someone elses house and winning.. they may pull off the wins, but we'll just have to wait in see.. thats why you play the game

Although I think the creator of this thread was asking if PIKE Central had a chance of beating Belfry, it was unclear from the title. Since that game is now over, everyone is discussing the upcoming JOHNSON Central/Belfry matchup.

Since I think it's obvious that Johnson Central has an excellent chance to win, I'm closing the thread. Feel free to start a new game discussion thread if anyone wishes.

For everyone: in the future, please use the full school name in your thread titles. As this example showed, using terms like "Central" just doesn't cut it.
