I would LOVE to have Calipari in Lexington. He recruits, he knows the game, and he runs an up tempo style of basketball that UK fans have longed for since Pitino was at the helm. I know Memphis has offered him an extension, but whether or not he has accepted it I don't know. If not Calipari, I'd like to see Tom Izzo. I'm a big Izzo fan. He recruits the best players (5 Michigan Mr. Basketballs in 8 years, 8 McDonald All-Americans). He had 3 consecutive Final Four Appearances (1999-2001) and won the National Title in 2000, defeating Billy Donovan's Florida Gators. He made another Final Four trip back in 2005. He knows how to win, and is a proven big time coach. My other candidates, following these 2 would be:
