I have no problem with female refs! I have seen bad and good refs on both sides of gender. What i seem to have noticed is short man syndrome. Some of the shorter refs are getting satisfaction out of fouling out tall players. I really have noticed it.

As a player and now as a fan I never had any problems with a ref being female.
