Congrats Harlan Co.
They kicked Perry in the gut early and got up to a 31-8 lead. Perry made a few adjustments at halftime and came out swinging, pulling within 2. Gotta give props to Harlan though, they got punched in the mouth, and responded like champions. Much like Rocky. I'm proud of Perry though. They didn't roll over like everyone thought they would(including myself) and showed that they're a quality football team. Clearly the second best in their district. Once again congrats Black Bears, I want a rematch!

They will see each other again. The opposite district is pretty weak. What did PCC do different in the 2nd half? Did they just execute better?

You mean PCC didnt win Wow. I thought since PCC beat Johnson Central and Knox I Believed PCC was ready to be crowned District Champs. Then I woke up !!!!! Come on Perry County its getting close to Basketball time that means you people over there are ready to forget football. Sorry Haddix but, thats just the way they roll.

What about the fumble on the 1 by HC that was called a TD by the Cawood grad that was the back judge calling the game???? Heck his brother played last year and has family on the HC team this year. Only in the mountains. It was clearly a fumble shown on WYMT!!!!

Terrible decision by a really good kid and player to drop that ball.
I hope for a rematch as well, PCC is a great team and has passion in their fans. Would love another game to prove we ar ebetter than we showed last week and Im sure they want to prove they can win also.

The PCC player knew he dove on it!!! It really was not the Back Judges call.
