Owsley lost to Powell Twice already this year (82-75 @ Powell Red River Classic) (79-71 @ Powell) and they still have a game to play at Owsley but Powell has the #1 Seed Locked!

District Seedings will more than likely look like This

1) Powell County

2) Owsley County

3) Lee County

4) Estill County

No they don't.

Owsley's first loss to Powell was in an invitational tournament. It doesn't count in the seeding. If Owsley wins over Estill and Powell then they are 5-1. Owsley would be the number 1 seed.
