Powell already has the Number 1 Seed Locked Down.
Owsley lost to Powell Twice already this year (82-75 @ Powell Red River Classic) (79-71 @ Powell) and they still have a game to play at Owsley but Powell has the #1 Seed Locked!
District Seedings will more than likely look like This
1) Powell County
2) Owsley County
3) Lee County
4) Estill County

These two teams will be playing in the 1st Rd of the district tournament so I kinda look for this to be a preview but I expect Owsley to do better in the Tourney! Engineers by 4

The Red River Classic game doesn't count. The #1 and #2 seeds are yet to be determined with the Powell loss to Estill. If Powell loses to Lee and Owsley and Owsley beats Estill - Owsley gets #1 seed. If Owsley Loses to Estill and Powell Beats Lee Owsley has to beat Powell by 9 at Powell to get #1 seed. Lee has an outside shot at #2 seed but it doesn't figure into who they play. Estill is #4 seed even with a win over Owsley.

so Lee is locked at the 3 seed and Estill Locekd at the 4 seed

No they don't.
Owsley's first loss to Powell was in an invitational tournament. It doesn't count in the seeding. If Owsley wins over Estill and Powell then they are 5-1. Owsley would be the number 1 seed.

this game has been cancelled and not yet rescheduled
