Owsley lost to Powell Twice already this year (82-75 @ Powell Red River Classic) (79-71 @ Powell) and they still have a game to play at Owsley but Powell has the #1 Seed Locked!

District Seedings will more than likely look like This

2) Owsley County

3) Lee County

4) Estill County

The Red River Classic game doesn't count. The #1 and #2 seeds are yet to be determined with the Powell loss to Estill. If Powell loses to Lee and Owsley and Owsley beats Estill - Owsley gets #1 seed. If Owsley Loses to Estill and Powell Beats Lee Owsley has to beat Powell by 9 at Powell to get #1 seed. Lee has an outside shot at #2 seed but it doesn't figure into who they play. Estill is #4 seed even with a win over Owsley.
