I feel really good about our offense and the kids picked it up very well in only a few days, very good execution.

However, like I stated, Defense wins Championships. I want Estill to me known as the hardest hitting, most aggressive team in the mountains!

dont u think a good start would be being at estill?????? we have only seen you a couple of times...the boys are wondering at this time if they even have a coach....SAD!!!!! we want the best for our team, but right now we are unsure of what the best is!! well, no...some of us know what the best is but they let him leave us!!! like you said, they picked it up in a few days...cause a few days is all you have been here!! we want explanations from you, VERY SOON!!!! half the time you wont answer phone calls or messages form any of the rest of the staff...so, i think the most of us are just wishing we had a coach that means he is there, REALLY THERE , for the kids!!!! so from our standpoint, we are willing to stand behind you 100% if your willing to really truthfully, and thats a strong word at this time, come to estill county, not try to coach from there, and be a role model, and coach for these boys!! they are the ones your hurting right now....nobody else!!!! they are used to being in the weight romm working their butts off as a team!!! we never seen jones lie to them and tell them he would be there and then not show his face or call to give explanations!!! but, we also understand u r saying medical problems, but we dont even kow if thats the truth now or not..and the assistant coach already walked on you cause u wasnt committed....whats that tell us? so you better be getting your ducks in a row, and figuring out FAST if you are the man for our team or not!! cause we have waited long enough dont you think? well, we do!!! so, hope you think about this long and hard and call with an answer, so if your not going to be committed to estill, stay in harlan!!! but we need to be looking for a coach for these boys to get our "TRAIN BACK ON TRACK"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
