Belfry's strengths are a legendary head coach, a strong feeder program, excellent facilities, and excellent support from the community and administration.

Belfry's weakness is an inability to schedule top tier teams due to geography, a persistent necessesity to play most players both ways, and isolation geographically affecting the number of players getting recruited.
