There's more topics on this thread than a Jeapordy tournament of champions. I think the 15th region has always had it's share of horrible called games. On big problem is that we allow alumni of the schools playing to call games involving those schools. This enhances the bad call theory. It allows the rumor mill to spin out of control.
When we allow rough fouls to go uncalled in regular season it leads to our 15th region mountain teams being "one and dones" at Rupp. I think the place to start is quit allowing alumni to calls those games where their high school is involved, then at least the parents will shut up about why their team lost.

Its a Catch 22 for refs. If they call games to closely during the season then everyone says that eastern Kentucky's teams cannot compete down state because they are not used to the style of play that is allowed elsewhere. If they allow a rougher style of play everyone gets upset. This includes coaches and fans. We can't have it both ways.
