OLD SCHOOL: As you suggest, life is full of pluses
and minuses, and we will never agree about MTR and
clear cutting and overfishing...yada yada yada. I
will say this: the Iriquois used to teach their children
to think of the next seven generations before taking
action. Modern western civilization does not thus
believe nor teach. Perhaps it will take seven
generations to settle this "debate." Until then,
let us agree to disagree.
