I am affiliated with Belfry... and as I said I really like the idea but there is a huge difference in talking about something and then doing something. Your example about Santa Clause actually is very fitting because if you are simply "wishing" for something to happen without knowing the procedures then nothing will come from it.
If someone can get the balll rolling you have my unwaivered support. Just realize that this isn't something that will just magically happen and that most of the process will be out of your hands.
