Oh Hoot!!  HOW could you forget slaw dogs??    smh

I'm blaming it on public transportation.  Texting on a bus takes a lot of concentration. I've been taking the Metro to work for the past few months for the exercise. Two days a week wasn't bad, but I think I'm going to start driving two or three days a week now that I'm back in the office full-time. Most of my trip is on the train, which I am waiting on now. 

My wife did not finish the red beans and rice in time for dinner, so Uber Eats is bringing me fish, scallops, and shrimp over pasta.

I love me a good slaw dog but yeah I'll take the fish, scallops and shrimp every time as well, seafood is by far my favorite.

I love slaw on hotdogs with chilli.  My mom used to make the best slaw.  Back when she made Thanksgiving Dinner, I used to request it.   If I remember her recipe correctly, it was cabbage, carrots, mayo, vinager, and sugar.  It was my all-time favorite cole slaw.
