I'm like you tho, don't make solutions bc I never stick to them, but mine would definitely be to lose weight, get off my bp meds as well and stomach medicine.

I'm going to be drifting off topic a bit. Getting in shape is a huge commitment. I just made it part of my routine. Many people quit because it's a long slow process. Except for my shoulders,  my body feels and looks better than in my 20s, I will be turning 50 in 2025.I am doing things now that I never could do before. We'll worth the commitment.
