Covington Catholic will be a tough out for any team in 4A. They were dominated by Frederick Douglass last season but their defense kept them in the game until halftime. In contrast, Boyle County's defense looked like a herd of deer caught in the headlights of a busy freeway. Covington Catholic returns more of its players than BC does. Considering the players that BC picked up through the transfer protocol, a BC vs. Covington Catholic will probably be a very good, competitive game.
